If you want to expand your mint repertoire: Mint is wonderful with roasted potatoes and with peas; for those who eat lamb, mint sauce (the Brit kind, made with vinegar) is a lovely treat.

Use a bunch of leaves and make mint tea - leave it to steep in room temp. water in the sun for several hours. Add a bit of honey and some lemon. Very refreshing.
