Garden Highlight 24: Mint- Does the plant mind that it is only growing to have a single leaf harvested once or twice a week to be muddled into a drink? I hope that it feels proud, it can elevate an experience in a way nothing else in the garden can.

If you want to expand your mint repertoire: Mint is wonderful with roasted potatoes and with peas; for those who eat lamb, mint sauce (the Brit kind, made with vinegar) is a lovely treat.
