im guessing this may refer to cass notation that gender clinics dont monitor or keep records of patients conditions in the long term or even the medium term. most of the stats and studies that claim gender "care" helps are very low quality and very short term. typical examples include "studys" with hand chosen particiants and 9 months of data. or meaningless online polls of anonymous participants captured by activists org. this isnt all the data. its misleading data. after a couple year on gender meds affected ppl are often miserable. but that info is never captured by gender biz data.
