Garden Highlight 20: My favorite vegetable to grow is easily the cucumber. This year we have two different varieties. Apparently cucumbers require patience, but that is just at the start. You can’t start them outside when it is cold. They require no patience when it comes to eating them. Pick and plop them in your mouth.
