I'd love to hear more on the research of Dr. Sallie Baxendale relating to the elusive "transgender brain."

Thank you so much for writing this, would love to hear more. Really wanted to be there. I hope that there are autism professionals there that can help chart a path a developmentally appropriate path for those on the spectrum.

Great to see researchers gather and discuss this issue free of political pressure and persecution! There is a desperate need for more unbiased research.

Still sad that "gender" is used as like a scientific term that has fixed meaning. Also noted "After a short break Dr. Sallie Baxendale [...] concept of the “transgender brain” [...] The upshot: there is no evidence of a transgender brain." Gender is a meaningless term in this application so there will never be a "transgemder" brain and any discussion is a total waste of time; do scientists think there is a "two spirit" or "agender" brain?

Now, for "transsexuality" or body integrity dysphoria (BIID) about genitals, I strongly believe that TS and other body-recognition dysphorias (body integrity, body identity disorders) may be found have specific brain centers correlated with the syndromes. may not happen.

Autism, which can be profound, also doesn't yet have a definitive "autism brain".

It all comes down to the quality of the evidence. The captured clinicians just have the patients fill out a survey. If they say they feel better, the treatment is working! Never mind that the inherent biases in self-reported self-assessments make the evidence essentially worthless. You'll find that all "evidence" in favor of transition is based on this junk.

In contrast, the studies showing decline or lack of improvement in mental health, increasing rates of suicide attempts, lowering IQ and increasing cardiac problems are all based on objective evidence like rates of drug prescriptions, direct mental health and medical diagnoses by clinicians and police and coroner reports.
