What makes some people speak out like this and so many stay silent???? I will never understand how this has all been allowed to happen. I mean, of course I do because I have been studying it for too many years now, but then I just want to scream "What is wrong with all the rest of you??????"
Because it's not just about speaking out. It's about facing a personal worldview crisis, sorting it out, and THEN speaking out, all while under intense social, professional, financial, legal, and sometimes even physical threat. That's incredibly hard.
